The project "Augmented Agile teamwork for hybrid learning at schools" (2021-1-BE02-KA220-SCH-000027889) is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. The content of this event is the sole responsibility of RHIZO, CollectiveUP, Metropolia and Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, and neither the European Commission nor EPOS vzw are responsible for any use that may be made of the information contained therein.
The purpose of this document is to provide you with information about a pilot educational experience related to the AgileXR project, co-funded by the European Commission, in which your son/daughter/ward is invited to participate.
This pilot experience aims to improve teacher training and enable teachers to implement more effective practices. Teachers have been trained and supported by the project team and in particular by a person directly linked to the school. Moreover, the pilot experience is directly linked to the practices that are usually developed in the classroom and to the content to be taught. In other words, it is not a waste of time for the students, but is embedded in the normal teaching practices.
Therefore, the reason for asking your permission for your son/daughter/ward to participate is only linked to answering some questions about their perception of the pilot experience. If you do not agree, we will not ask your son/daughter/ward person to answer the questions at the end of this consent form. In addition, your son/daughter/ward will also be informed by the informed consent and will be free to make their decision once you have given permission for them to participate.
Purpose of data collection:
The purpose of this study is to explore students' and teachers' perceptions of the AgileXR project's pilots in classroom practice, in relation to agile methodologies and technological tools for student collaboration.

You can discuss this document with other people and take as much time as you need to decide whether or not you agree to participate. Participation in this study is completely voluntary. You may decide not to participate or, if you agree to participate, you may change your mind by withdrawing your consent at any time without explanation.

Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions. We cannot move forward without your input.
Note: The families were provided with the questionnaire to be completed by the secondary school students (Appendix 1) so that they could properly consider the pilot and its evaluation with all the information about what their children would do.
